The story of the bird

The Island Scrub-Jay is a deep, richly saturated blue, larger and bolder in colour than its mainland cousins, a crestless jay with real presence. It lives on a single island, Santa Cruz off the California coast, making it one of the most range-restricted birds in North America and a true collector’s piece. Each print is made to order through our global print partner and shipped from the production lab nearest you - allow a few days for printing plus local tracked delivery.

Each print is made to order. You can change or cancel it within 12 hours of ordering. After that it goes into production and can no longer be cancelled, though we will always put right anything that arrives damaged.
